Common Good RSVP Volunteers are an incredible asset to the organizations where they contribute their time. To ensure a positive volunteer experience for you and the organization of your choice, please respect the following guidelines.

Common Good RSVP Volunteer Guidelines:

• be prompt and reliable in reporting for your assignment

• record volunteer hours served on the Common Good RSVP timesheet located at the organization you volunteer with or submit your hours on-line below

• notify your volunteer supervisor of necessary absences as far in advance as possible

• wear an RSVP or volunteer organization name badge while volunteering

• inform your volunteer organization supervisor and Common Good RSVP program staff if any accidents or injuries occur while volunteering

• adhere to all policies of the volunteer organization

• clearly communicate personal limitations to volunteer organization staff

• do not perform professional services for which certification or licensing is required
